3) Exchange Policy:

Exchange Conditions:
  • Should you require an exchange, the exchange has to be requested within 3 - 5 working days if your purchasing at our stores and 15 days from the time you receive your item via online purchasing.
  • Exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear/use or washing.
  • Bill may be requested to submit at our cashier counter for exchanged items.
